Last-mile furniture delivery in Surrey

You bought it. We’ll get it home.

Furniture delivery in Surrey is a different job than a move. You didn’t pack up a house. You bought one great piece, a sectional off the showroom floor at Morgan Crossing, a dining set from The Brick, a flat-pack order from IKEA in Coquitlam, or a used couch from a seller on Facebook Marketplace. Now you need it home today, and that’s the call we take all week.

Here’s the gap most buyers hit. The store’s own delivery is a wide window three days out, and it stops at your front door. A marketplace seller has no delivery at all. You’re left borrowing a truck and hoping a queen mattress fits in a hatchback. We close that gap. We pick the piece up from the store, warehouse dock or seller’s driveway, carry it in, and set it where you want it.

We run our own crews. The same movers who handle our IKEA, Cozey and Samsung deliveries show up for your single couch. They wrap it, strap it, protect your floors, and place it in the room, no scuffed walls and no drop-at-the-curb. It’s why people who just want one thing delivered still call our Surrey movers instead of chasing a truck rental.

Need furniture delivery near you in Surrey?

Surrey buys a lot of furniture. Getting it home is the hard part.

Surrey has more furniture retail than almost anywhere in Metro Vancouver, and almost none of it comes with real delivery. Morgan Crossing and Grandview Corners in South Surrey are full of showrooms, and Guildford Town Centre and the big-box strip along 152 Street cover the north end. The nearest IKEA is a drive out to Coquitlam, and a full flat-pack order won’t ride home on a car roof. Then there’s the private market, couches, dressers and dining sets trading hands on Facebook Marketplace every week across Newton, Fleetwood and Cloverdale.

Add the way Surrey is built and the “just carry it in” part gets real. City Centre and Whalley are towers now, with a booked service elevator standing between your new sofa and the 18th floor. Clayton Heights and Cloverdale are three-storey townhomes with the living room up top and a switchback staircase. A Panorama or Newton house has a garage the truck can’t quite reach. Planning the carry is the job, and we’ve done it thousands of times.

Furniture Delivery Services

Furniture delivery services we offer

Wherever your furniture is sitting right now, we’ve got a run for it. Four ways we deliver in Surrey.

Store and showroom pickups

You buy the piece, we get it home. We pick up from The Brick, Leon’s, Structube, Urban Barn at Morgan Crossing, or any Surrey showroom, and deliver the same week. We blanket-wrap it at the dock, and it lands in your room the way you picked it out. No wide window, no curbside drop.

Warehouse and will-call pickups

IKEA flat-pack out of Coquitlam is one of our most common runs, and exactly what a car can’t handle. Same for a warehouse will-call or an online order sitting at a distribution dock. We load the boxes, deliver them to your door, and bring them up to the right floor. Ask us to unbox and assemble and the packaging leaves with us.

Marketplace and private-seller pickups

Found the perfect used couch on Facebook Marketplace or a dresser on Craigslist, but the seller’s across town in Fleetwood and you’ve got no truck? Send us the address and a photo. We meet the seller, load it carefully, and deliver it to your room of choice. You skip the truck rental and the “will it fit” moment in a parking lot.

Single-item and same-week delivery

One mattress, one dining table, one sectional. Single-item delivery is one of our most-booked services, and we size a small crew and the right truck so you’re never paying for a full move to shift one piece. Most Surrey deliveries go out same-week, and same-day or next-day is often open.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

1

Send the details

Tell us the pickup spot, your Surrey address and what the piece is. A photo helps. You get an honest hourly estimate up front.

2

We pick it up

We meet the store, warehouse or seller, check the item, and blanket-wrap and strap it safely for the drive.

3

We deliver and place

Carried in, up the stairs or the elevator, and set in the room you want. Floors and corners protected the whole way.

4

Done your way

Ask and we’ll unbox, assemble and haul the packaging. You check the time sheet, that’s the bill.

Why Surrey buyers choose us

Trusted by the brands

Same-week, often same-day

No three-day window. We deliver when it suits you, and next-day is usually open.

Own crews, no subs

The team that quotes your delivery is the team that shows up and carries it in.

Time-based pricing

What affects your furniture delivery cost in Surrey

Furniture delivery in Surrey gets you the same first question every time. What will this cost? Pricing is time-based, billed on the actual hours the crew works. There’s a minimum charge that covers the truck and crew to your door, then the clock runs in 30-minute increments. You never pay for a rounded-up hour nobody worked, and there’s no per-item surcharge sprung on you at the curb.

Before we book, we break the price down up front. The hourly rate, the crew size, the drive between pickup and drop-off, all in plain numbers. It’s the same breakdown we give IKEA and Cozey, and it’s why the bill matches the estimate. Four things move the number most.

The drive between the two ends

A store pickup in the same neighbourhood is quick. A run out to IKEA Coquitlam, or a Langley seller delivered back to South Surrey, adds road time. The clock only runs while we’re working, and we take the shortest sensible route.

Size, weight and crew

A single nightstand is a fast two-mover drop. A three-piece sectional or a solid-wood dining set can need a bigger crew and more careful handling. We set the crew size when we quote, not on your doorstep.

Stairs, elevators and access

A ground-floor drop is the fastest job we do, and a booked service elevator in a City Centre tower keeps it short. Three flights up to a Clayton Heights top floor adds time. Tell us the floor when you book.

Unbox, assembly and haul-away

Delivery alone is the base. Add unboxing, flat-pack assembly or hauling the packaging away and that time folds into the same hourly rate, quoted up front. A Cozey sofa snaps together in minutes. An IKEA PAX wardrobe takes longer.

That’s the whole pricing story. Actual hours, 30-minute increments after the minimum, the breakdown in your hands before we start. Call (778) 242-2877 with the pickup spot, your address, and what you bought for an honest number in about 5 minutes.

Buyer advice

9 furniture delivery tips from our Surrey crew

Six years of Surrey store pickups, IKEA runs and Marketplace couches taught us what saves buyers money and headaches. Here are 9 things worth doing before our truck rolls up. Every one takes time off your bill.

1. Measure the piece and your tightest doorway

Before you buy, get the sofa’s width and diagonal depth, then measure your narrowest doorway and stair turn. A 2-minute tape check on both ends is the best way to avoid a piece that won’t fit the room it was bought for.

2. Confirm the store’s pickup hours and dock

Give us the store’s loading-dock hours and any order or invoice number they need to release the item. A showroom that closes its dock at 5 pm can turn a same-day delivery into tomorrow.

3. For Marketplace, agree a pickup window with the seller

Message the seller and lock a time and address before you book us. Send us their exact location and a photo of the item. A seller who “steps out” mid-run costs you crew time sitting in a driveway.

4. Book the service elevator the week before

Surrey City Centre and Whalley towers reserve service elevators in 2-hour windows, and weekends fill first. Ask your strata for the pads and the booking. A locked-off elevator is the biggest time-saver in a tower.

5. Clear the path and the destination room

Move the old chair, roll up the runner, and clear the corner where the new piece is going. If the fit is tight, ask us about pulling a door off its hinges. Every 10 minutes you clear is 10 minutes off the clock.

6. Decide up front if you want assembly

Tell us when you book whether you want the IKEA flat-pack built or the Cozey sofa snapped together. We’ll fold that time into the quote instead of you finding an Allen key at 9 pm. Packaging leaves with us if you want.

7. Inspect a used piece before we load it

On a Marketplace or Craigslist buy, we’ll flag obvious damage, but the deal is between you and the seller. If you can, meet us there or ask for a video first.

8. Send 3 photos with your request

One of the item, one of the doorway or stairs it’s going through, one of where the truck parks at your end. Those 3 photos let us size the crew and truck right the first time.

9. Book weekday mornings when you can

Crews are freshest and traffic on Highway 1 and King George is lighter. Weekends and month-ends book out first, so call a few days ahead.

A Clayton Heights sofa delivery

A sectional to a third-floor Clayton Heights townhome

Clayton Heights is townhouse country. The neighbourhood boomed off 188 Street and Fraser Highway over the last fifteen years, and most of it is three-storey stacked townhomes, garage and entry on the ground, living space up on the top floor. Great to live in, tricky to deliver into. The new sofa you just bought has to go up two full flights and around a switchback landing before it ever sees the living room.

Take a run we do all the time. A buyer picks up a big three-piece sectional from a showroom over at nearby Cloverdale, and it needs to land on the third floor of a Clayton townhome. We measure the piece and the tightest turn before we lift, decide whether a section comes apart for the stairs, and pad the walls on the landing. Floor protection goes down, and the sectional is set and squared in the living room. No gouged drywall, no couch stuck on a landing.

That’s the same care whether it’s a Clayton townhome, a Surrey City Centre tower, or a house out in Newton. The crew is sized to the piece and the access, billed on the actual hours worked and broken down up front. No surprise at the door.

Furniture Delivery FAQ

Questions we get about furniture delivery

Do you deliver furniture I bought from a store like The Brick or IKEA?

Yes. Store and warehouse pickups are the biggest part of what we do. You buy the piece, we pick it up from the store, showroom or will-call dock, and we deliver it to your Surrey home and set it in the room you want. IKEA flat-pack out of Coquitlam is one of our most common runs.

Can you pick up a couch I bought on Facebook Marketplace?

Yes, marketplace and private-seller pickups are a regular job for us. Send us the seller’s address, a photo of the piece and where it needs to go at your end. We meet the seller, load it safely, and deliver it to your room of choice. You never have to borrow a truck or beg a friend.

How much does furniture delivery cost in Surrey?

Furniture delivery is billed on time, on the actual hours worked. We break the rate down for you up front so you know how the price is built before we start. There’s a minimum that covers the truck and crew, then the clock runs in 30-minute increments. We never quote a flat rate or hide fees in fine print.

Will you carry the furniture up to my apartment and place it?

Yes. We carry every piece to the room you choose, up the stairs or through the tower elevator, no drop-at-the-door service here. In a Surrey City Centre condo we book and pad the service elevator so it goes straight up. Tell us the floor and whether there’s an elevator when you book.

Do you unbox and assemble the furniture too?

We can. Unboxing, flat-pack assembly and haul-away of the packaging are add-ons you can request when you book. Cozey sofas snap together in minutes, IKEA wardrobes take longer. Tell us the item and we’ll fold the assembly time into your up-front quote.

Can you deliver a single item, not a whole houseful?

Yes. Single-item delivery is one of our most-booked services. One dresser, one mattress, one dining table, we size a small crew and the right truck so you’re not paying for a full move to shift one piece.

Do you protect the furniture and my floors during delivery?

Always. We blanket-wrap and strap every piece for the drive, then lay floor protection and pad doorways and corners at your end. The same care we put into IKEA, Cozey and Samsung deliveries goes into a single couch you bought off Marketplace.

Can you deliver furniture to a Cloverdale or Clayton Heights townhouse?

Yes, and it’s a big part of our week. A lot of Clayton Heights and Cloverdale homes are three-storey townhomes with the living space on the top floor and a tight turn at the stairs. We plan that carry before we lift, so a big sectional gets up to the third floor without scuffing the walls.
